NOTE:

The secret to not getting bored of eating the same thing over and over again is to rotate
foods, spices and seasonings, as well as the supermarkets where you buy your food.
Each time you go to the supermarket buy different things that are healthy and try a
new vegetable and fruit each week.

Let your imagination wild and cook what you like with healthy ingredients. Eat what you
want, how you want, but no fried foods, refined sugars or white flours. Use brown rice,
bread, tortillas and whole grain cereals of sprouted grain, oats, rye and bran.
Cook meatballs with vegetables and instead of forming meat balls with white rice, use
brown rice. Another way to cook beef, turkey or chicken may be baked marinated with
fresh herbs or juice (no water) with vegetables, tomatoes, onions, fresh garlic, lemon
juice and some other species in the form of fresh herbs like basil, oregano, bay leaves,
rosemary, etc…

Bake your potatoes, add them to your broths, but don’t eat them if you are going to
eat rice, bread or tortillas.  Cook the potatoes without peeling, and while still hot, crush
them and add the vinegar of jalapeno peppers, finely chopped celery, diced pickled
jalapenos, shredded carrots and a little butter (one tablespoon per potato) or skim milk,
sea ​​salt, fresh garlic and crushed pepper.

Fish can be baked, prepared in soup, steamed, in its juices or roasted. The secret is that
every time you cook it, you use different types of spices with different types of vegetables.
Brown rice, once cooked in water and seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and crushed fresh
garlic, you can serve with black beans or just prepare the whole Mexican rice.

Prepare the famous skewers with chicken, fish or lean beef.  Put on wire a piece of meat,
then a piece of "bell pepper " a cherry tomato, a piece of onion, a piece of fish, then again
the "bell pepper", then another tomato, onion, so on and so forth until the wire is full.
