1. EAT WITHOUT STRESS:

If you eat in a hurry or angry your intestines will contract, your stomach will be
inflamed, causing pain and gases; you will not digest your food and will not absorb
the nutrients. A balanced diet low in saturated fat and high in vegetables, fruits and
sprouted grain foods, regulates glucose levels in the blood, which is vital for energy,
thinking, and will prevent anxiety attacks and the craving to eat refined carbohydrates
(sugars and white flour).


2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER:

Drink half a liter of water during the day, as a minimum, this will clean and purify
your body.  A person with high levels of toxin by environmental pollution, stress,
smoking, alcohol, soda, coffee, and other chemicals, additives and pesticides in food
will suffer from headaches, anxiety, fatigue, irritability, poor digestion and allergies,
