WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO TAKE VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN THE FORM OF SUPPLEMENTS?

If all foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, seeds and animal protein
had no fertilizers, chemicals and hormones, foods would have more
nutrients.

If fruits, vegetables and grains were cut until they were ripe, versus
having them harvested while they are still green, these would have
more natural minerals. (These foods take 10 days to reach supermarkets
once they were harvested, and the meat takes about 2 weeks to reach
the supermarket after the animal has been slaughtered).

If the land where our food is grown was allowed to rest, it would
recover all the minerals necessary for growth of whole food vitamins
and minerals.

If we would cook the food at low temperature and would leave the
vegetables semi-raw, we would not rob them of their vitamins and minerals.

If we would never fry our food at high temperatures, we would not add toxins.
And if the food were not processed, it would not loose increased amounts of minerals.

BASIC VITAMINS TO MAINTAIN THE BODY:

Multivitamins with Minerals - 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch
Omega 3 1000mg with food 1 per day
(if you suffer from heart problems, 1000mg 2 or 3 times a day)

Calcium with Vitamin D and Magnesium - Preferably from
Algae Calcium (coral calcium can cause heart attacks).

Complex Probiotics (acidophilus, lactobacillus, bifid bacteria, etc...) -
1 capsule 2 times a day between meals.

OTHER SUPPLEMENTS:

To reduce cravings for sugars and ulcers or gastrointestinal problems:
1000mg L -Glutamine 3 times a day on an empty stomach.

To repair the intestinal flora: 1 capsule of Acidophilus Bifidubacterium
2 times a day between meals.

To cleanse the liver: Milk Thistle, following directions on the bottle.

For severe constipation: In addition to following my nutrition plan,
take capsules of the Senna plant.

For mouth sores: 1000mg L -Lysine 2 or 3 times a day on an empty
stomach for a week.

For dehydration: Besides taking 2 or 3 / 1 packet of electromix diluted
in one of those 3 liters of water a day.
